Illex Squid - Illex Illecebrosus

• Illex Squid Season: May through September

• The squid is frozen at sea and hand packed in poly bags and then in a corrugated sleeve box by customer request. Approximate weight is 12/13 kg. (approximately 26-28 lbs. ) 

• Illex squid is graded in grams. The size spans from under 50 gr. to 400 gr. 

• Illex squid is also known as shortfin squid.
